What is CBD
CBD is a non-psychoactive compound produced by the hemp plant. The cannabis hemp plant has over 100 different types of these compounds, called cannabinoids, with cannabidiol (CBD) being one of the most prevalent. Each cannabinoid possesses its own unique properties, effects and benefits.
CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, an extremely important molecular system that interacts with the central and peripheral nervous systems, helping the body regulate and perform various critical functions. These essential functions include sleep, appetite, motor control, memory, mood, and many more. When you take CBD, it binds to receptors in this system and bolsters its effectiveness in many of these key functions for the mind and body.
Types of CBD In The Market:
Broad Spectrum - 0% THC and only CBD (may include the other minor cannabinoids that boosts CBD )
Full Spectrum - up to 0.3% THC and CBD (may include the other minor cannabinoids that boosts CBD)
Be mindful of CBD from Weed Dispensaries as their products are derived from Marijuna that may be very intense from the THC effects and activate psychoactive high and paranoia.
CBD for Sleep
Use CBN gummy or Tincture Oil for hard time falling asleep or staying asleep. Tincture Oil will provide much more in servings than Gummies. While Gummies are convenient but comes in smaller servings.
CBD for Anxiety or Focus
Individuals with daily Anxiety or Panic Attacks should target CBD products that contains 0% THC aka Broad Spectrum. Since it's a daily occurance, best result is to use CBD Broad Spectrum Tincture Oil to prevent symptoms. Some products up to 0.3% THC aka Full Spectrum is fine to use such as One Love Tea or Vapes.
CBD for Pain
For Chronic issues, for best result is to use CBD Tincture Oil Full Spectrum (Broad Spectrum 0% THC also helps) with CBD Topical as a back up only. Non Chronic issues can resort to CBD Topicals or even certain gummies would suffice. Having higher CBG with your CBD will be very beneficial.
CBD vs THC
When talking about the differences between CBD and THC, it’s perhaps best to start with a quick discussion of marijuana vs. hemp. The hemp plant is a cannabis plant with less than 0.3% THC. Marijuana, on the other hand, is a cannabis plant that can have upwards of 30% THC.
THC is a cannabinoid, like CBD. But unlike CBD, THC is a psychoactive compound that can produce intoxicating effects when consumed. CBD does no such thing. Instead, CBD promotes calming wellness by way of its interaction with the body’s endocannabinoid system. CBD does not get you “high.”

How to Start with CBD
Now that you have an understanding of what CBD is (and is not), the next question is how to start shopping for CBD.
First, think about what you need your CBD product to do. Do you need a CBD calming product, CBD for focus, a CBD sleep aid, general CBD wellness or pain, a CBD topical or skin care product?
CBD Tincture Oil
This is typically used for someone with daily recurring symptoms such as Arthritis or Anxiety. Dose daily under tongue for 1 minute. For best result microdose 2-3 times a day. Tincture oil is absorbed into your blood stream like a vitamin to constantly prevent the symptom(s).
CBD Gummy or Edible forms
For occasional symtom(s) use. Dose as needed, for best result let it melt in your mouth. Absorption can take from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. Symptom relieve lasts around 5 hours.
CBD Topicals
For occasional or preventive. Apply direct and reacts quite fast through skin absortion into your muscle and nerve. Apply before the ache to prevent or after for relief. Typical application lasts around 5-8 hours. For pain or inflammation look for 1000mg or higher products. The higher the mg used can help prevent pain from coming back much longer.
CBD Vape or Smoke
The fastest way to absorb CBD reacting almost instantly. Lasting around 2 hours.
CBD Pets
CBD is a great way to help your dog or cat with stress, as well as joint and mobility health and overall wellness. Like their parents, use Tincture Oil for daily recurring symptoms such as pain or separation anxiety and treats for occasional issues such as new enviroment or vet grooming visits or fireworks.
How much CBD Should I Take
While everyone is very different (base on absorption, symptom, weight) but dosing at minimum for each symtom is different. Below are our 10 years accumulative experience for Adults and Pets. Children dependent on various factors will consume much less.
Anxiety Stress
should consume minimum 25mg -50mg per dosage
Pain Related
should consume minimum 50mg -100mg per dosage.
Sleep
Different age group seem to require different strength and type. While we see regular consumes CBD with CBN 25-50mg level. Elder group symtoms are quite different as we see it's waking up at around 2-3am. This group we have experienced requires much stronger cannabinoid compound THC D8 (Delta 8) at 25mg or lower to help with staying asleep.
Pets
Dependant on Weight, Symptom, Age
We experience that dogs under 2 year old require 3x the dosage to calm due to overly energized. Due to symptoms some requires Morning and Night dosage for best results.
Cats: around 5mg-10mg
Dogs <20lbs 5-10mg
40lbs 10mg
60lbs-80lbs 10-20mg
100lbs + 20-30mg
