By making a purchase from rahouseofcbd.com you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as 'CBD naturally derived from HEMP OIL.' All of the products sold on this website contain less than 0.3% THC. Furthermore, these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and therefore are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is imperative that you consult with your physician before starting any new dietary supplement. RA House of CBD is committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you should decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD products.

When purchasing House of CBD products via this website, you accept our terms of purchase, which means you also agree to and understand our return policy and our Shipment Policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We Ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday before 12pm Pacific) unless previously notified. We only ship within US with USPS Priority Mail or Ground Service.

You will be given two shipping choices at checkout:

• Free Shipping if order is over $50
• $6 Flat shipping if under $50

If your package weighs over 1 lb, we will ship by Priority Mail 1-3 days service, regardless if it's Free Shipping or $5 Flat Rate to insure you get your order fast.

Once the package leaves our facility, the customer receives an automated email with the tracking details of the respective package.

Please note: Customer accepts all responsibility for their package once it leaves our possession. RA House of CBD is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. It is important to keep track of your shipment so that you can be there when it arrives, or arrange for someone else to accept the package. If your package is lost, let us know and we will contact USPS to file a claim.

Returns

House of CBD will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on the website. Returns will not be allowed from a purchase made in a retail store or from another third-party website.

Please send an email to rahouseofcbd@gmail.com if there are any issues with the product you received we are more than happy to communicate with you. After commuicating with us, if you still desire to return your unopened product and it is within 14 days of receiving it, please read below:

No RMA is needed and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about whether your product is eligible for Returns, please feel free to email us.

WE DO NOT HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, as CBD affects everyone differently.

We are NOT able to accept back any product that has been opened or used.

The Returns Process:

1) Email us at rahouseofcbd@gmail.com as soon as possible to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 14 day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can examine it’s condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.
